  • Account
  • How can I open an account?
    You are welcomed to open a business account in our website. Please Register an account by entering your business details. We will review your application and contact you if further information is needed.

    I've registered for a business account, but I'm still not able to see the product price after I login?
    After your account registion is received, your application will be reviewed in 2 to 5 business days. You will receive an email after it's approved, then you can see the product price and place an order.

    What is the minimum order?
    After account is activated, you can check the price of our products. The minimum order for the initial order is AU$200.00, after that, no minimum order is required.

    Can I order a sample pack?
    Yes sure. Please contact us requesting for a sample pack, which includes one of each design and colour of the box we are selling. Fees apply.

  • I'm an Australian buyer, how can I pay the items?
    We accept below payment methods:

    • Bank transfer and direct deposit: Please leave your postcode or last name as reference.
    • Credit card and Paypal: Credit card is accepted through secured Paypal system.
    • Personal cheque and money order: Please make funds payable to Firemud Pty Ltd and forward payment to the below address:

    I'm a buyer outside Australia, how can I pay the items?
    We only accept Credit card and Paypal payments for non-Australian buyer. Please pay credit card through secured Paypal system. International money order is not accepted.


  • Shipping
  • How much is the shipping fee?
    Postage is flat rate of AU$15.00 for orders shipping within Australia. For International buyer, please click 'Estimate Shipping' button at the checkout page, to quote the shipping fees.

    How long will it take for delivery?
    Normally products will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment is cleared. However, we can't guarantee the delivery time as it's out of our control. If for some reasons, the order is back-order, you will be informed ASAP.


  • Returns
  • I've got the item, but my customer change the mind, can I refund the item?
    We will offer credit in your account if item is received in original package. Please note that postage fee is not refundable.
